Real Bedford Women Football Pathway
Real Bedford Women are excited to announce that from the 2026/27 season, our Reserve team will officially come under the First Team umbrella as Real Bedford Women Development Team, creating a clear and ambitious pathway for talented young players across Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas.
This exciting new structure will provide young players with the opportunity to train, develop, and work closely within an FA Women’s National League environment, gaining valuable experience alongside a progressive and ambitious club.
We are now actively recruiting talented and committed players to attend upcoming trials as we continue to strengthen our Development squad. Players who impress will have the opportunity to progress within the club and potentially feature for the Real Bedford Women First Team.
