Delete your Real Bedford account

‍You can delete your Real Bedford FC app account and personal data at any time.

‍In the app:‍

1. Open the Real Bedford app.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

‍ This permanently deletes your account and your personal data.

‍By email:

‍If you can't access the app, email hello@realbedford.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We'll verify the request and delete your account and personal data.

What we delete

When you delete your account we remove your personal data - your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, loyalty points, and any tickets or passes stored in the app.

Records we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons (for example, records of completed transactions) may be retained as required by law, with personal identifiers removed so they can no longer be linked to you.

Deleting specific data (without deleting your account)

If you'd like us to delete specific personal data we hold about you - rather than your whole account - email hello@realbedford.com from your account email address and tell us what you'd like removed. You can also update or remove your profile details (name, photo, phone) directly in the app under Settings.
