Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to your use of realbedford.com and to any purchase you make through it. Please read them before using the site or placing an order. By using the site or ordering, you accept these terms.

Who we are: Real Bedford Football Club Ltd (company number 13774571), registered office 5 Goldington Road, Bedford, MK40 3JY ("Real Bedford", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@realbedford.com.

Part A — Website terms of use.

  • Using the site. You may use the site for lawful, personal, non‑commercial purposes. You must not misuse it (for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping at scale, or disrupting the service).
  • Accounts. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to hold an account - e.g. 16, or younger with parental involvement.
  • Intellectual property. The Real Bedford name, crest, content, and design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except as the site normally allows (e.g. sharing links).
  • Your content. If you submit content (e.g. via a form), you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us permission to use it for the purpose it was submitted.
  • Availability. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error‑free, and we may change or withdraw features.
  • Third‑party links & embeds. The site may link to or embed third‑party content (for example videos). We are not responsible for third‑party sites or their content.
  • Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from your misuse of the site. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Part B - Terms of sale: merchandise.

  • Ordering. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or mispriced), and will refund any payment taken.
  • Prices & VAT. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable (VAT number 399 3836 27). Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
  • Payment. We accept card payments via Stripe and Bitcoin payments via OpenNode. Card and payment details are handled by these providers; we do not store your full card details. For Bitcoin orders, refunds are made in GBP equivalent, in Bitcoin, or as store credit. Bitcoin payments are final once confirmed on the network.
  • Delivery. We deliver to UK & international. Estimated dispatch/delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
  • Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If you are a consumer, you may cancel most merchandise orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason, and return them for a refund. To cancel, email customerservice@realbedford.com. You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us; you are responsible for return postage costs. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return). This does not apply to items that are personalised/made to order such as personalised shirts.
  • Faulty or misdescribed goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015). If goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.
  • Returns address & process. Items must be returned to Real Bedford FC Ltd, 5 Goldington Road, Bedford, Bedfordshire, MK40 3JY.

Part C - Match tickets.

  • Ticket purchases. Tickets are sold by us (card payments via Stripe and Bitcoin payments via OpenNode). A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets are for personal use and must not be resold for profit or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.
  • Refunds & postponements. Tickets are generally non‑refundable except where a match is cancelled or abandoned before half‑time, in which case our refund or re‑admission policy applies. The 14‑day cancellation right above does not apply to tickets for a specific event (a legal exception for leisure/event services).
  • Ground regulations & conduct. Entry is subject to the ground regulations and the club's codes of conduct. We may refuse entry or eject anyone who breaches them, behaves in a discriminatory, threatening or unsafe way, or is reasonably suspected of doing so, without refund. 
  • Concessions & age. Concession tickets require valid proof of eligibility. Children must be accompanied as set out in our ticketing information.

Part D - General.

  • Changes. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you use the site or place an order. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
  • Complaints. Please contact hello@realbedford.com; we aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
