We want you to be happy with your Real Bedford kit and merchandise. This page explains how to return an item and what your rights are.

Changed your mind (14-day cancellation right)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel most online orders for a full refund. You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the items back.
To be refunded, items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with any tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Personalised items
Items personalised to your order - for example a shirt printed with a name and number - cannot be returned or exchanged if you simply change your mind, because they are made specifically for you. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty (see below).

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund if you let us know within 30 days of receiving it (Consumer Rights Act 2015). After 30 days we will repair or replace it. We will cover the cost of returning a faulty item - please don't pay for return postage on a fault without contacting us first.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order - that way you're not waiting on stock.

How to return an item
- Email customerservice@realbedford.com with your order number and which item(s) you're returning.
- We'll confirm your return.
- Pack the items securely and post them back to:

Unless the item is faulty, you pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as the items are your responsibility until they reach us.

Your refund
Once we receive your return and check it, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns the refund covers the price of the goods and standard outbound delivery; return postage isn't refunded. For Bitcoin orders, refunds are handled separately - email us and we'll arrange it.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
