Real Bedford Netball building for the future
Real Bedford Netball is looking ahead to the 2026/27 season after a positive year of development across our junior and senior teams.

The 2025/26 season saw players throughout the club grow in skill and confidence, from our youngest members taking their first steps into competitive netball to our older age groups challenging themselves at a higher level. That progress reflects the commitment of our players, coaches and volunteers, who continue to help the club grow.
Developing players for the long term remains central to our approach. We want every player to enjoy their netball, challenge themselves and have opportunities to progress. For some, that means working towards county representation; for others, it means moving into senior netball or pursuing a franchise performance pathway.
During 2025/26, we continued to strengthen our pathway from the U11 and U12 Academy through U13, U14, U15, U16 and U19 to our first teams. This gives players a clear route through the age groups while remaining part of the Real Bedford Netball community.
As we prepare for 2026/27, we are welcoming new and returning players, with quality coaching, teamwork and a positive environment at the heart of the season ahead.
Our ambitions also extend beyond weekly training and competition. We are continuing to develop additional training, performance and match opportunities, alongside experiences such as international tours. These give players the chance to represent Real Bedford Netball in a different setting, test themselves against new opposition and build friendships beyond the court.
Our ambition is simple: to create a club where players want to stay, develop, progress and win.
We are proud of the progress made in 2025/26 and look forward to building on it together in the season ahead.
