Men’s Team Kitman Wanted
Real Bedford are recruiting a dedicated Men’s Team Kit Man for the 2026/27 season and beyond.
This is a paid role and an important position within our matchday and training operations. The Kit Man plays a key role behind the scenes, ensuring players and staff have everything they need to perform at the highest level.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Men’s First Team players and coaching staff before, during, and after fixtures.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and organising all kits and equipment for training sessions and matchdays
• Ensuring players have the correct, clean, and ready-to-use kit for every fixture
• Coordinating kit and equipment logistics for both home and away matches
• Managing post-match collection, washing, storage, and inventory of all club kit and equipment
• Maintaining high standards of organisation and professionalism across all operations
This is far more than a support role, it is a crucial position within our high-performance environment. The Kit Man will help uphold the standards and professionalism expected across the Men’s First Team as we continue our ambitious journey through the football pyramid.
