Real Bedford is growing both on and off the pitch, and we’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Matchday Team.
From serving supporters behind the bar to helping deliver a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable matchday experience, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every visit to The Ledger Stadium is memorable.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent customer service skills
A friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Availability on matchdays (typically Saturdays, Sundays, and occasional Tuesday evenings)
Reliability and a strong work ethic
A genuine team player who enjoys working with people
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, events, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided where required.
