Real Bedford FC Hiring Kit Managers for Men’s and Women’s Teams
Real Bedford FC is recruiting two dedicated Kit Managers—one for our Men’s First Team and one for our Women’s First Team.
These are paid roles and a vital part of our matchday and training operations. Kit Managers are key members of the backroom staff, working behind the scenes to ensure that everything is in place so our teams can focus on performing on the pitch.
Each Kit Manager will be responsible for their respective team, supporting the squad and coaching staff before, during, and after every game. Duties include:
Preparing and organising kits and equipment for matchdays and training
Ensuring all players have correct and clean gear for each fixture
Coordinating kit logistics for home and away games
Managing post-match collection, washing, and inventory
This is not just a support role, it’s a crucial part of our high-performance culture. The successful candidates will help uphold the standards and professionalism we expect across both sides of the club as we continue our ambitious journey through the football pyramid.
