We Train all year with a break for Christmas:

• Between March and September we train on Grass

• The rest of the year we train on Astro

Mondays

Allen Park, Old Ford End Road, MK40 4LY - Grass

• 6.00pm to 7.00pm - Under 8s, 9s, 10s, 11s and 12s

• 6.30 to 7.30pm - Under 13s and 14s

• 7.30pm to 8.30pm - Under 16s and Ladies

• 7.30pm to 9.00pm - Ladies

• 6.00pm to 6.45pm - Goalie Coaching for Under 8s, 9s, 10s and 11s

• 6.45 to 7.30 - Goalie Coaching for Under 12s, 13s, and 14s

• 7.30 to 8.30 - Goalie Coaching for Under 16s and Ladies

Thursdays

In Winter, we will move training to other venues on Astro Turf or 3G under floodlights.
