About Us

At Real Bedford Elites, we offer ambitious young players a platform to test themselves at the highest levels of youth football — with structured progression from grassroots to elite performance.

Our teams currently compete in:

• Eastern Junior Alliance (EJA) – Sundays

• Junior Premier League (JPL) – Saturdays

We currently run squads in U13 to U16 age groups, with plans to expand both younger and older ages and leagues over the coming seasons as we grow with our players.

The Real Bedford Elites Programme is a natural progression from the Bedford Park Rangers (BPR) Community football setup — providing motivated players and teams with a clear, performance-focused route into elite environments.

History

Real Bedford Elites was founded in 2025 by Pete Sanders, a UEFA B Licensed coach with a passion for youth development. Our mission is to create high-performance environments that help young people grow — not just as footballers, but as confident, capable individuals on and off the pitch.
