THE OPPOSITION

Redditch United came back into the Southern Premier Division for the 2011–12 season after relegation. They later secured a second-place finish in 2015–16 under Liam McDonald, but their promotion bid ended with a penalty defeat to Leamington in the play-off semi-finals.
During the current campaign, Redditch United are sitting in fifth, just inside the play-off places. The Reds will aim to bounce back from a 3-1 away loss against Worcester City in their recent outing. Despite the loss, Redditch have been finding the back of the net consistently with seven goals in their last three.
