How to Get to The Dripping Pan
Lewes have an in-depth guide on their website about how to get to the Dripping Pan here. They advise supporters to travel to the ground via public transport to reduce congestion in and around the ground. The stadium is a one-minute walk away from Lewes train station.
For supporters travelling by car, they should follow the A1 before joining the A27 towards Lewes. From here, turn right at the first traffic lights and follow the road until you reach a mini-roundabout by the Swan pub and turn left. Finally, go straight over the mini-roundabout into Mountfield Road, where you’ll find the ground on your right-hand side.
Parking is limited on matchdays, with a pay and display car park directly outside the Dripping Pan (operating 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday).
The Opposition
Lewes have picked up four points from their first two FAWNL Southern Premier Division matches. In the middle of their two league matches, they also picked up an impressive 2-1 away win against Fulham in the FAWNL Cup Group Stage.
The opening day of the season saw Lewes draw 0-0 against Watford at the Dripping Pan. Both sides had chances, but the two defences ultimately came out on top. Most recently, the Rooks picked up three points at Exeter City, winning 2-1. Leah Lane and Rebekah Trewhitt scored first-half goals for the away team to secure their first victory of the 2025/26 season.
Lewes finished sixth in the third tier last season under Nat Lawrence. Emma Byrne was appointed as the new manager in July and will be keen to improve on the previous campaign.
